My connection to Metro Vancouver real estate began long before I became a Realtor. Since 2004, I’ve personally invested in a wide variety of properties, including detached homes, condominiums, townhomes and recreational real estate. Along the way, I’ve completed extensive renovations, managed rental properties, and experienced firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come with owning real estate.

Those experiences have shaped the way I advise my clients. I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t simply a transaction. My parents immigrated to Vancouver from Ireland in the 1970s and settled in Kitsilano, where my family’s story in this city began. They went on to establish several well-known Irish pubs, including the iconic Blarney Stone in Gastown, which continues to be a Vancouver landmark today.

I’ve lived throughout Metro Vancouver, including the West Side, East Vancouver, South Vancouver, and North Vancouver. Having experienced so many communities firsthand has given me a deep appreciation for what makes each neighbourhood unique, from its character and history to its lifestyle and long-term value.
